They think they know everything we're going through. They think just because they were our age once that they know how we're feeling, and what we're going through. But, that couldn't be further from the truth. They don't know how we're feeling, we don't even know how we're feeling. We're teenagers. Our life is complicated, and can change faster than we can text.

I totally agree but I will add that the next generation of teenagers will be saying the exact same about us(: &i read this to my mom and she said she did the exact same thing too lol

As an adult, I can tell you that your teenage years don't matter much in the long run so try to enjoy them and not take them so seriously. You will look back on them as an adult and reminisce about a relative lack of responsibilities and an overabundance of free time.
