Tomorrow I will be 2 weeks cut free.
That might not sound like much.. but I haven't lasted more than 3 days in the past 4 months until now. For once, I'm proud of myself.

Good job c: keep it up and soon you won't remember the last time you cut! Although times will get hard, please just don't go for the razor. go for a marker and draw where you want to cut, or take ice and rub that on the place you want to cut. Just please, if you need anything, talk to me.

:/ try to stop. Really, do try. Draw on yourself maybe, just do anything you can to not cut. Its an addiction, and i'd have to see anyone else have it

I know it's an addiction, but I'm glad I just did one cut I usually cut 5 or 6 cuts a day..

U should be very proud. I was when I reached 2 weeks dont give up!
I've made it about 3 weeks because i didnt give up and trust me it was hard i still want to alot of the time just stay strong and god bless!!
