I don't get annoyed about a lot of things, but something that I've found has been getting on my nerves lately is when someone blames their problems on society.
'Society'.
I've heard it countless times; anorexia, depression, suicide, poverty, rxcism, rxpe, thievery - everything ends up coming round to society. But that's like blaming all the mistakes you make in your life on the fact that you breathe, you know? Everything can be blamed on it, but to do so doesn't make any sense at all.
If there's something you don't like, you need to go out and change it. If there's something that upsets you, you need to resolve that or get over it.
Society is abstract. To blame problems on it doesn't make sense.
Cowards blame society. Heroes change it. Which are you?
