A message for
people who self harm or thinking about
it.
I know how it feels to be so depressed that you self harm, ether pulling your hair out, punching your self, scratching your self untill you bleed, cutting and so much more ways...But it isn't the real answer! It never will be, you feel alone and that this self harming reliefs your pain and well it does but "only" for them few seconds...then the pain will get worse because you did that, and the scars shall only faid..There will all ways be a memories there.You hide all these becuase your afraid people will judge you, I know about that too...You go into school on a roasting day and refuse to remove your jumper or wear shorts..Your afraid people will hurt you even more than they all ready have! And I won't lie a lot of people will make fun of you for it...But when you stop it, it will feel amazing and you'll feel stonger! Because you got over it, your alot stronger than you think My dear, and so many people love you! You may not notice..when your depressed it's hard to notice anything good..But I promise you they do love you more than anything! Instead of hurting your self why don't you take a long walk? Block every one who hurts you out of your head, you don't desurve pain. Write an angry note and throw it away? Sleep? listen to music? Go out and exercize? Talk to some one you can trust? And if you can't trust any one talk to your self..look in the mirror! Look past the fake flaws you think your see and see the real you! Ignore everything bad ever said or done to you and relize how perfect you are!If you love your self life will be amazing, its not big headed it's being stronge..
