Cleaning your room should maybe help, and changing your sheets. And also, if you keep your room really cold, and pile blankets on you,I heard that would help. It didn't with me when I had sleep insomnia, but then again, nothing did. Sometimes I still try those things when I can't sleep. Maybe peppermint oil would help.
i legit can't sleep at night so i take an over-the-counter medicine called "melatonin" i believe it is relativily cheap too and you can get it in different sizes due to your struggle with sleeping at night
clench all your muscles in your body slowly, one by one. start with your feet and work all the way up to your face. then slowly unclench them, starting wiht your feet. take a deep breath. this will help you relax your muscles, which will help you get to sleep.
