Your brain cannot tell the
difference between reality and fantasy. Until you wake up, it
will treat dreams as a reality. When you play a video game or
watch a movie, you may momentarily take over that personna.
When you read a book, you may get so lost in it that
you become the book. You're brain is
like another world. If you have a bad day, or are in a bad
mood, the inside world is bad. Your brain will try to match the
world outside to match your inside mood. You will look
negatively on life. Your brain can pick up on energy from
others; that's why moods are contagious. Thoughts are
energy. A good mood sends out more energy than a bad one. They
say opposites attract - they don't. If
you think negatively, you will be more attracted to another
pessimest, and vice versa. Your heart has a
"brain" too. That's why when someone
breaks your heart you feel it. It can form thoughts. Thoughts
are energy. If those thoughts are negative, it's negative
energy. You feel because of your brain; your heart
breaks because of it's feelings.
