Yeah in China. At lest I think so. I read something like that in a book. My mom kept yelling at me that it's not my first birthday but I still really don't get it. :/

No because birthday is the day of your birth, so obviously the day of your birth is your first BIRTH DAY.

In South Korea it is. As soon as you're born, you're considered 1 year old.
