It is okay to relapse during recovery, that does not make you any less of a wonderful person. It doesn’t make you weak. You have not failed yourself or anyone around you, whilst that is understandable to you right now in true reality you do not deserve to feel angry or upset with yourself for resorting back to self harm, something that you wanted to leave in your past. You have tried your absolute best, and lovely that is all that you and other people around you can ask of you. You’ve hit a bump along the road, pick yourself back up and keep going. I am proud of you. You can do this. Love you okay? I really do care and want you to feel better, you can talk to me anytime you want <3

*hugs back* thanks love but I feel like I failed myself. I was trying so hard not to and the day after I hit 7 weeks clean, I broke. Idk. I feel like I've failed everyone, yet I've continued to do so after the relapse. Idk. I feel like I just fell back down the hole I had just climbed out of. And thanks love. Same for you <3
