I have started to feel really bad about myself lately..about
eating habits and habits in general. I don't know what has gotten
into me but I'm getting a grip on it. Why just let myself fall?
I'm making myself reminders for all over this house. Reminding
myself to eat. Reminding myself that I'm beautiful in my own way.
There is no use comparing myself to someone else. I want better
for myself and I REFUSE to fall back into this pit of sadness. I
want a grip on this.
