I'm one of those people who do cut. Not because I get bullied

What I'm doing is getting bad though. Everytime I just explode, I cut and regret it later. I don't know how I can stop. When I get over the top I just want to inflict damage on someone and that just ends up being myself. I don't know how to stop though.

erm, is there any way you can leave the house for a couple of minutes to calm yourself when you feel upset?

That's the thing though. I don't use a razor.

I use my nails. Like, sometimes I'm so upset I scratch my neck, and now I have this huge scar that looks like I was burnt.

oh.. erm how about trying to trim your nails small so if wouldnt leave a mark or wouldnt hurt, maybe try sitting on your hands

I don't know, I just get so angry all at once about everything, I just explode. It regret all the scars I have on my arm because it makes people look at me differently.

oh, i know that feeling, and just cut your nails small and whenever you feel like self harming then just lock yourself in a room and just scream into your pillow or listen to music, or whatever that soothes you
