Today was a bipolar day

I was sad
 I did harmful tthings
 I broke down at school
 4 people today asked about my cuts
 now they are really noticeable and they were hardly noticed before
im scscared! 


But........


He talked to me today 
he almost sat on me aagain
he tried to read the words I etched into my sskin 
im scared
