So today I talked to him.
We talked about his breakup.
And I felt bad for him.
And I felt bad for his girlfriend.
Because their situation is so oddly
similar to what ours once was.
And for once, it didn't feel awkward.
I'm not hurting.
It's been so long since I could think
about him without hurting.
But I am.
