What If I tell you it is a mental issue ? What if I tell you it has been going on for years ?

why haven't you told anybody if it has been going on for so long?

I was never bothered by it, I used to think that it wasn't anything and I couldn't see them, but now I can see, feel, and hear them. I told my elder brother he offered me help but psychiatrist cost a lot and my parents will never believe me.
