Aww. For me this was actually about this guy telling me about that his ex-girlfriend (who he still has a thing with) did to him. I was staring at her the day after he told me all that, and thinking about how crazy she must have been to hurt a great guy like him, and when I looked away from her, my eye caught the guy's, cause he had seen me watching her, and I could just tell that we were both thinking about the conversation the night before where he told me the she did.

Yess! I get that too. It's like when someone just gets/knows what you're thinking at that very moment!!
