thanks. I used to not be able to go a long time. Find someone or something to stay strong for. When you want to cut imagine that person being so dissapointed in you and crying as you hurt yourself. It usually helps.
If you'd like I can try to help you with coping mechanisms and distraction techniques - I've only managed for about half a month thus far but they might be worth your time?
