Okay, so Im thinking about writing a story .. I just dont know

a fairy tale with a twist. a character in a book who wonders what the outside world is about because they fell in love with one of the outside readers. one day the reader notices something different about the book, then boom. I read a book similar to this, that is why I'm so interested in such a story :)
