When you wake up and when you go to bed do each of these stretches for a minute:
Sit with your legs straight out in front of you and try to touch your toes.
Try to do front splits (one leg in front, one behind).
Try to do side splits (both legs to their respective sides).
Hold each for one minute, and after a few days you should see progress!
I also recently heard that standing on those muscle massagers (for athletes) on your arch can relax and elongate your leg muscles so you can more easily stretch afterwards.
