You know what really sucks? Having insomnia-not being able to fall asleep when you are so tired that your body aches and wants to fall asleep, yet your mind is racing, and your heart is pounding, and your eyes are wide awake, and refuse to close, no matter how hard you try to shut them. Insomnia is like tourture because you tourture yourself with all the thoughts and pain running through your mind, which usually go away, when you go to sleep-but if the problem is the fact that you can't sleep, those thoughts and that pain, feel even heavier and even more unbearable....I like to drink coffee alot, but I don't think that is the reason I have insomnia. Maybe it is due to the fact that I am starving all the time....
A pretty face and body is nothing, without an intelligent mind and kind heart to go with it
