It can be terrible, especially if your with the wrong person, but you love them unconditionally. But it also can be happy but from what I've seen in my family life, even if they both love eachother, one always ends up hurting the other

i have never been in love, is it really painful? people do always talk about how happy it is, but then people say how terrible it is....which is it, mostly?
