We see them, at night
Stars up so high
Hanging above, like jewelry
That decorate the sky
Gleaming through darkness
Lighting the way
Appearing like diamonds
As the day fades away
We make wishes on them
We watch them at night
Stars in the sky
That shine so bright
I don't see the stars
When I'm alone
In my room
Night is the slowest time
And I hope that day comes soon
