The Butterfly Challenge This is used for self harmers. Please don't even think about self harming!! STEP ONE: Write a butterfly with perminent marker on the places you cut and name them after someone you love or someone you want to get better. You can draw that person on the places you cut instead of a butterfly if you wish. Draw as many as you would like. STEP TWO: Don't cut ANYWHERE until the butterfly (or person) is gone completly. You can NOT scrub it off. If it comes off in the shower that's fine, as logn as you don't forcefully take it off. If you cut before the butterfly (or person) is off, then they die and you lose the challenge. If oyu draw more than one butterfly (or person) then they ALL die if you cut even just once. You have to wait for all of your butterflys (or people) to completly come off to win the challenge. STEP THREE: You can do this by yourself if nobody knows about your cuts and try to kick the "addiction" yourself OR you can have someone write the butterfly (or person) on you. This will make the butterfly (or person) even more special and you have to wait three days after it comes off to win the challenge if someone draws it on you. This person will check up with you every day to see if you've self harmed and if you have then they will draw on you again. STEP THREE: If you fail the win the challenge then you have to erase all of the butterflys (or people) off of yourself and start over only If you WANT to. If you win then get excited and give yourself a party!!! WOOHOO!!! If you want, if you've won the challenge then do it again and again until you've kicked the "addiction" of self harm. You don't have to start over of do the challenge if you don't want to. Nobody will force you to. If you decided to do this challenge then that's so awesome!! I belive in each and every one of you to make it through this storm we call life. If you won the challenge then message me!! If you failed it then still message me. I'll give you some advice and try to make you into a happy panda :) Even if you don't self harm and you are reading this, draw a butterfly on yourself to show your support!
