hmmm....make sure to reduce carbs. eating protein, rice cakes for snacks (with peanut butter if you want) make sure you get enough fruits and veggies but just cut down portions. Maybe after you eat dinner you could go for a small walk or run. And make sure to eat nothing after you're done eating dinner. Thats a biggie! I usually like to eat nothing after 6. That's when I eat dinner!

that's a great goal!! if you need any help with eating or exercises i'm your gal! i'm going to be an exercise science major in college. It's more PT but I also know sports nutrition and exercising

i actually tried that once! umm it didnt end well i mean i didnt TELL him i liked him... i was just him friend and then he completely turned on me!!! and, well, even if im sorta in denial myself i still kinda like him.

well....... i was popular in kindergarten.....and was in to boys my whole life...but i dont count what happened there when ppl ask i just say nope! never kissed anyone! so ya that kinda one of my regrets.....

is that what people in your school obsess about? then thank god you're not friends with them. trust me, you will find a guy who loves you just the way you are. I didm't get my first kiss or boyfriend until i was 16. I've only had 1 boyfriend my whole life. don't let a boy decide if you're happy or not. tbh, guys suck. i have a quote about a boy i loved if you want to read that. but you will find the boy who loves you unconditionally. you just have to search for him :)

Yes she is doing great now! I didn't know she was sad until she stopped answering my calls and texts. I went to her house and knocked on her door and her siblings told me she was in the hospital and wouldn't be released for about a month. It was horrible

one of my really great friends tried to commit suicide last year. that really opened my eyes to how many people are suffering and I really try hard to be there for everyone that I can be there for! no problem. seriously, if you need anything feel free to talk or comment on my profile:) i love talking to ya!
