My 10th birthday sucked. My parents were supposed to pick me up early from school and take me bowling. It was raining and I stood on the curb waiting from lunch time until the buses left, they never showed. I use it for blackmail now whenever I want something. XD
My thirteenth birthday party was a disaster. I invited 23 people and not a single one of them came. My parents were out of town and I spent the night contemplating my contributions to the world. I'm 18 now and glad that I stuck around. It'll get better my dear.
I'm not sure what I could say to make it better, except that I hope next year you don't feel this same awful way. You deserve more out of such an important day.
