Remember when it took hundereds of faves to get a top quote?

i remember having an account years ago and i left. i just made another one today and it's VERY different. The top quotes used to have thousands of hearts and they were usually either really funny or really inspirational.

We're still alive and well.
There are fewer of us here now--people left--but that doesn't indicate in any way a decrease in quality.

People who were used to thousands of faves left when quotes started getting hundreds and people who were used to hundreds of faves left when quotes started getting dozens and people who were used to dozens of faves left when quotes started getting handfuls and now we've hit rock bottom and there's nowhere to go but up :)

I miss those days, it's strange how all of a sudden everyone just left..

it's not strange really, after all the cnages were made, people just got tired of everything and left. I miss the old witty community when there were simple layouts, just quotes, original and "witty"

Yeah I guess, also I think a lot of the people who were active members at the time went off to collage and just didn't have the time to log on anymore.
