I dunno how you guys cope, after happiness something sh*tty comes
along. Something bad is always gonna happen, that's just how life
is. Maybe you cope by focusing on the happiness and good but what
if the happiness and good happens rarely and aren't that great and
the shittyness happens often. So you just go through life. Like a
f*cking zombie because nothings that great anymore.

Yh I guess, I feel that sometimes maybe life isn't worth it but I dont want to hurt the small proportion of people who care about me

It's true, happiness is temporary and pain is inevitable. I think the only antidote is to focus on loving yourself, others, your passions, your challenges.. It'll be an interesting feat to find ways to love and heal yourself and others. I think about the parents and siblings of my friends who have died, and recognizing how much happier their families and I would be if they were still here makes me feel like living is worth it.
