Marc Grimaldi is an amazing attorney. He helped me and my family through a terrible time in our lives and for that I am grateful.                                                                                                                           

In fact, I would almost hyperventilate as I went around the city trying to file restraining orders, police reports, etc. to keep the crazy woman from ruining my life.

Overall, it was a great experience working with Marc through a terrible time. I understand now why people name their pets after their lawyers. Marc Grimaldi is a super attorney and can basically do impossible filing in a day.   When you get married, you never think you will get divorced. The decision to get divorced is very difficult. The divorce process is even harder.   Marc knows the the Boston Divorce courthouse system like no one else.  Extremely professional and competent attorney that can guide you through the process of mediation and communicate expectations clearly.   Hopefully you can reach agreement through mediation, and I believe Marc is an incredible counsel to have for that process. But he'll also adapt to the situation and keep your best interest first, even if that means referring you to a college.  I refer every person I know facing divorce to Marc Grimaldi. Several of my friends have worked with him and they are grateful for her help during troubled times.

Though most people don't ever hope for a divorce, those who go through them hope for a good one. And one way to have a good one is of course to have a great lawyer, but perhaps also to think about the process as a way to come to mutual agreements about moving forward, as opposed to a battle of separate interests.

 Plus, on the way out of the courthouse he handed me a really thick envelope....When I got home, I opened it. A lovely bar, of bittersweet chocolate. What more can a girl want when she gets her old name back?  When it matters most, you want someone who you trust to help you make it through the difficult days and nights. Marc Grimaldi is one of the best people I have ever worked with.

He knew exactly how to handle this situation with a foreign national immigrant wife and although the entire process was not fun, I think Marc Grimaldi and his staff made this as painless as could possibly be for me.  I'm emphatically giving Marc Grimaldi a 5 star review because he kept my financial exposure to a minimum, he knows his stuff, and most importantly, he is incredibly responsive. I've never worked with an attorney before this experience, but I can't imagine how anyone could do any better than Marc.  While I didn't technically utilize Collaborative Law (he provides legal divorce services other than just that process), Marc was so helpful in carefully walking me through each step of the process, always calm, professional yet warm, and perfectly prepared.  Marc Grimaldi and his paralegals were helpful in cutting costs where they could.
