soccer is life so if you are on the sidelines during the last shot on goal your obviously not working hard enough...
track is the hardest sport mentally (well atleast distance) your body can take the heat, but your mind can't, and you must know you are part of a team when you run, you get TEAM points, you pass the batton off to your TEAM!!!!
