1) Stress - I get so stressed I don't know how to deal with it and I can't take it so I turn to cutting to release it
2) Someone talking about recovery - Recovery is scary
3) Someone telling me I'm pretty or perfect - I feel like I'm being lied to and I never see it when I look into a mirror
4) Those stupid tally marks from Dr. Who - I hate this one the most, because honestly its stupid, but they look like cuts to me and I don't know how to deal with it
5) Food - I have problems eating a balanced meal. Partially from my ED partially because I'm too lazy to make balanced meals. I either restrict myself (300-500 calories) or I go way over with 2000-3000 calories.
6) Happy couples - I can't make relationships work with me. I screw it all up. So seeing a perfect couple makes me kinda sad.
7) Dermatologists - This one's really stupid, but everytime I go she just ups my antibotic instead of just giving me accutane, and I get mad and discouraged.
