Editor Quotes

The quote editor has had problems recently.
I'm thinking about making a new quote editor.
If I were to make a totally new quote editor, what would you want in it?

Is it just me?

Or do i always feel like an editor for this great article whenever browsing new quotes and judging if i should fave/comment them or not...
