S
o I have an older sister
who just graduated, like a lot of you Wittians. She's an amazing person, but we've never really been close. Well, on her graduation day, one of my family members didn't show. We were all together one night, having this weird emotional talk which no one in the house ever has. My sister brought up how he didn't go to her graduation. He couldn't come up with a reason, and just apologized to her. She said, (her addressing me) "It's fine, just promise me one thing, you will not miss her graduation like you missed mine. Just be there for her. It hurt how you were the only one not there, and I don't want to see her go through it. Don't make the same mistakes with Kayla. I will duct tape you and rope you up and drag you there if I have to." Then, she looked at me and said, "Make sure he goes to your graduation," and I almost cried.

You want the truth? Well, here it is. Eventually, you forget it all. First, you forget everything
you learned - the dates of wars and Pythagorean theorem. You especially forget everything
you didn't really learn, but just memorized the night before. You forget the names of all but
one or two of your favorite teachers; and eventually you forget those, too. You forget your
junior year class schedule and where you used to sit, and your best friend's home phone
number and the lyrics to that song you must have played a million times. And eventually,
but slowly, you forget your humiliations - even the ones that seemed indelible just fade away.
You forget who was cool and who was not, who was pretty, smart, athletic, and not. Who
went to a good college, who threw the best parties, who hadthe most friends - you forget
all of them. Even the ones you said you loved, and the ones you actually did. They're the
last to go.------>  And once you've forgotten enough, you love someone else.

so, i was just wondering... what is everyones graduation year? mine is 2014:)

#classof2014

Last day of 8th grade,
graduation in a couple hours,
and then an offical freshman.

Guys, I'm graduating from grade eight today! Wish me luck! :)
I just graduated Middle School.
There is a boy with autism in my grade. Last night we had are eighth grade graduation. When it was his turn to get his diploma, the whole class stood up and gave him a standing ovation. I've never been so proud of my classmates.
All I ask for is my graduation day to be about ME. Not my sister. Not her stupid boyfriend. I just want to have a good, stressfree day. But that's not gonna happen now is it?
