I wish I knew how to sit
still and let life happen on its own. I always jump to
conclusions and let my emotions attach to an idea that
doesn't exist. I'm never neutral either. I'll put my
cynical outlook on life onto any situation I'm going through,
and when I decide that I should lighten up, my head is up in the
clouds but my feet aren't on the ground. I sabotage myself,
or I get my hopes up.

I've cut out feelings, why? Because I'd rather be numb,
the face my true emotions.
What if I said I would break your heart? What if I said I
have problems that made me, mean? What if I knew I would just rip
your mind apart, Would you let me out? Maybe you can stop before
you start. Maybe you can see that I just may be too crazy to
love, If I told you solitude fits me like a glove, Would you let
me out?
