Everytime you want to selfharm, stay away from the bathroom. Put some feel good music on, draw or paint a picture if it's just scribbles on a piece of paper or paint your nails, learn something new, go on a walk if the weather is nice and it's not too late at night or tell a friend or family member you love them or just watch an old or favourite film. Seriously create something beautiful but do not damage something beautiful that is your skin.
Write down on a piece of paper all the faults and flaws reasons why you cut or hate yourself.... Done it? Okay now I want you to burn that absolute bullsh/t because today is the day you realise how perfect you are.
