having a crush is like
having that little piece of rock stuck in your shoe
andyou stop walking and
shake it out and you’re pretty sure it’s gone but
then a half hour later you feel it under your toe and
you’re like oh no

Tell me more about how listening to rock is going to bust my
eardrums as well as my speakers.
Tell me more about how the music I listen to has anything to do
with how I act.
And please, for the love of all that is holy please tell me why
listening to anything you don't is so bad.
These bands have made me the way I am, why am I judged for it?
Me: I have to do a
rock essay. I have to guess the rock's life or something, like
how it went through a volcano and stuff because it's an igneous
rock. Dad: You
could maybe give the rock some character. Like say his dad always
thought he was a chip off the old block!! HAHAH.
Or how about this one!! He went to a party in the volcano and he
got stoned HAHAHAHA
I understand that scissors can beat paper. And
I get how rock can beat scissors. But there's no way paper
can beat rock. Paper is supposed to magically wrap around rock
leaving it immobie? Why can't paper do this to scissors?
Screw scissors. Why can't paper do this to people? Why
aren't sheets of college ruled notebook paper constantly
suffocating students as they attempt to take notes in class?
I'll tell you why. Because paper can't beat anybody. A
rock would tear it up in two seconds. When I play rock paper
scissors. I always choose rock. Then when somebody claims to have
beaten me with their paper I can punch them in their face with my
already clenched fist and say oh sorry, I thought paper would
protect you.
