Let's talk about weight.
So many people are like
'I wanna be skinny for the boy/girl I like'
Let me tell you something
Most boys would prefer a girl chubby
Over a girl super skinny.
I'm not saying skinny girls aren't pretty
But those girls who weigh more than others
They're pretty too.
Every girl is pretty.
Like no matter what
But really, if you have like a model's body,
How do you know he loves you
How do you know he carreessss
Disney moment.
Anyway.
Yea, don't worry about your weight
On the flip side,
If your weight is unhealthy
Or like you want to lose for yourself, not for others,
Then make sure you do it healthily
If you eat 1050 - 1200 calories a day
And exercise an hour daily
You're certain to lose 3-5 pounds the first week.
But don't cut it any lower that 1050, that's extremely
unhealthy.
And with eating that little, don't do hardcore exercise more
than an hour a day.
Some other tips are:
♦Eat veggies when you want a snack
♦Try to
stay away from drinks with lots of sugar
♦Get your
parents to hide your sweets, don't be tempted by
them.
♦Keep
busy, a lot of people eat because they're bored and you
don't want to do that
♦Don't
skip meals.
♦Don't let counting calories take over your life, it
can really ruin you.
♦Try to plan your meals ahead of time.
♦Don't eat quickly
♦Go on a walk before lunch or dinner if you don't have
it planned out
♦Eat Chili Peppers and drink Green Tea
♦Get enough sleep
♦Try not to eat in front of a telly, computer,
ect.ect
♦Eat an apple before every meal, you'll feel
fuller
♦Don't peal the apple, the skin actually helps you lose
weight
♦Donate clothes that don't fit you, it's a nice
incentive
♦Take breaks while you're eating and evaluate how
hungry you are before going back to eating if necessary.
