i totally forgot about this website tbh
i was reading through old comments and aw i miss you and hilary :-( but i guess this would happen eventually. so as for my comment below i did start showing (competitions) and IEA has you ride horses from other barns that you've never met before so it's pretty interesting. I fell off at one of the shows because I was on a pony and I havent jumped a pony in well over a year or two and so I was used to his tiny steps. Then I made a really bad turn to my jump and fell on his neck afterwards which caused me to fall off haha..its funny to look back on. I didnt make it to regionals but I didn't expect to since it was my first year and I still have a lot to improve on. I'm also going to be free leasing a horse soon! Free leasing is where the horse is basically mine, but he's not...if that makes sense haha. I can ride him whenever and take care of him but I don't legally own him. He hasn't been ridden in awhile and I'm going to try and get him in shape and if all goes well I'm going to try and show him! I'm still going to ride at the barn I'm at now because I'm not going to be able to progress with my lease horse (I won't have a trainer when I ride him, it'll be me on my own) but I'm really excited to see where this goes! Anyways I hope you're doing well and I just wanted to drop this comment in case you ever come on again :)

hiii, so I dont know if you still come on here, I rarely do, but I just wanted to reply :-)
so I never ended up showing my horses or anything because it was too much money at the time.
But I just signed up for the IEA program my barn has, which involves showing and competitions and I just finished my first practice this week. So I'm really excited to start showing and it will be fun to ride more now with all the practices and stuff!
As for cross country that's great! I'm glad to hear you still love track and running!
I officially started my first year of high school two weeks ago, it's already pretty tough even though the school year has just begun. But I'll make it through haha. How is school going for you?

It does feel good talking about it. His death came unexpectedly even though his health wasn't good he just went in for a checkup. That's it. Then we found out they accidently cut up his spleen while doing a test and it all went downhill.. It was nice because I was in the hospital room when he passed away so I held his hand and talked to him but everyone once in a while I cry and break down and just feel so lost in this world without him... He gave me so many life lessons and I just loved talking to him and being with him.

He was my everything. I lived with him in the summer and did so much with him and always went to his dr. appointment with him and when he was in the hospital for a month I was always there. It's especially hard because my 18th birthday is next week and My grandpa and I had everything planned out what we were going to do.. but now I can't celebrate with him. I usually write journal entries to him because I really can't talk to anyone about it. Thanks for listening. It really means a lot.

My friends always complain saying they are not close with their grandparents and they just like getting stuff from them and I'm like I loved my grandpa because he was funny and always there for me and always cheered me up. They don't understand me. If I do say something they say I just love attention and I'm selfish.. I just want a friend.. Sorry for rambling on it just feels good to let this all out. It's hard staying strong.

Yes!!! Lets be best friends(: It's hard because none of my friends really comfort me or help me and their grandparents are still living so they don't know how it feels. I get sad but then I realize my grandpa wouldn't like that he would want me to be happy. We will be with them someday, I completely agree with you!!

You're welcome. I really like your quotes and I can really relate to them. I also know how you feel about your grandma passing away. My grandpa passed away this last summer and he was my best friend and we did everything together. You seem really cool. If you'd like we should become friends.

I got to have an extra 3 days and a 2 hour delay due to all the snow we got last week. So I'm happy about that but everyone else was complaining. But get this my friend has an old Honda and his car was pretty much completely buried for those couple of days. But it didn't really matter because no one was allowed on the roads anyway.
I'm actually pretty okay. I had to

...schedule classes for my Junior year Wednesday, we had an early release that day too :) Which sucked for me because my distance coach said we had practice but apparently we didn't so I was stuck until I had one of my friends come and get me #teamnopermit
But Wednesday was also really bad in the aspect that did you hear about that grocery store shooting. Um yeah. That grocery store is the one I always go to and all 3 people who died, including the shooter, went to my high school at one time or another. The shooter also lived right across the street from my Elementary School. So I'm super thankful he didn't go and shoot a bunch of innocent children.

Oh yeah! We do have NJHS at my school, and I actually just learned that we have key club haha. Aww Kayla :c that's awful, I hope you can run soon! But this is a real late reply so I don't know if you've ran lately. But I hope you do, I know how it feels to have to miss out on something like that.

I was in NJHS. I really enjoyed it too. Its what made me decide to do key club. I haven't actually run recently because I donated blood on Friday so I'm still in the 3 days recovery but I'm going to wait longer because I'm kinda scared to go again.

School is okay but I was actually wondering if you would help me disperse a music video for my AP class. All you would need to do is show it to all your friends just so we get views.

that's absolutely the worst feeling.. isn't it?! I hate not qualifying for races for track because you're like a few seconds off! however, Im sure you are an amazing runner & will get it next time!
That sounds really boring lol, a 6 page article? oh my goodness! In my English class were working on iambic pentameter.. not sure if you guys do that at your school but its soo difficult! I know how to do it, its just finding words that work that is difficult!
