Babe, you have to have AT LEAST 900 calories to lose weight or your body just will retain everything and you won't lose weight, and purging will not help that. For me personally i have about 1000-1500 calories a day.

You gain the weight back so quickly, it doesn't help you lose weight at all babe.
2. Try to cut down on the bread
bread is one thing that makes you gain weight, so fr me personally, i only have 2-4 slices a day.. usually i have no more than 2 though.
3. Cut down on the sweets
for me personally, i only have sweets (cookies, ice cream, cake, etc. etc.) after dinner 1-3 times a week, and rarely ever after lunch..
~ For the first 2-3 weeks you make seem to be hungry A LOT more often, but it means that your stomach will be getting smaller, which will help you not gain as much weight because you won't be eating as much, though you will still be eating~
Well just try to go out for a run each day after you get home from school. I do that.
and babe, 20.1 is about average, don't compare it to mine. Just last week mine was down to 18.6.. mine varies a lot because sadly i lose weight fast, but i also gain it fast..
Give me like an average days food for you?
like breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, drinks, all that stuff. I may be able to help you out with that.

~ Exercise for an hour each day
+ Running
+ Crunches
+ Sit-ups
+ Dancing
+ Sports
+ Kick-boxing
+ Yoga

~ Eat healthier
+ Fruits
+ Vegetables
+ Cut out all fast food (I only eat fast food like 1-4 times a year)
+ No soda/ sugary drinks
+ Drink lots of water (or honey water - warm water, and add honey, it soothes your throat and relaxes you)
~ Cut down your stress
+ If you have work/homework to do, get it done early, don't wait till the last second
+ Give yourself time to just relax
+ Give yourself a spa day every couple of weeks to just pamper yourself
+ Get your hair/nails done
All this stuff will help you to lose weight and it will make you a lot healthier as well.
