so on wednesday 3/9/11 I gave a mix cd I burned to my friend ben. through the first letter of each song title it spelled out "you me prom please"

then on saturday night 3/12/11 I saw him. later that night he passed me through the room and said "hey Jess" and I said "hey". it felt crazy awkward since we were the only two in the room. it felt as though he never got my bday text. or that he hadn't even glanced at the inside of the cd case I gave him that had the cd in it.
that was around maybe 9pm ish? then at 10:43pm I sent
"Hey its jess i was just wondering if youve had the chance to check out the cd i gave you wednesday. Its kinda important to me that u do. And the sooner the better. Thanks :)"
feeling awkward about the wording for the second part I sent another text at 10:56pm saying
"That second part came out a little wrong. It sounded better in my head. I just didnt know how to word it. But yeah."
then today 3/13/11 since I know he goes to the xalt service at church which starts at 11:15am, at 12:39pm I sent
"Hey"
he never responded to that either.
prom at my school is april 16. I have less than 5 weeks. and I don't see him every day. I see him like once a week. twice in a good week.
WHAT DO I DO???????
I already have my dress picked out and the shoes and like everything. so I don't need to worry about that. but I NEED to know if he's going with me.
