So I have been trying really hard to think of where I want this story to go but I am having total writers block. I was re-reading the whole thing this morning and I realized that I don't really like it anymore and I have no place for it to go because some of the things in earlier chapters contradict what the plan for the ending is. I know that there are a few people who like it and read it so I don't want to throw it away just yet. So those people who comment and fav and follow and suck are the reson I shall keep going. Just give me a few more days to think of where I want this to go :)

The next day I woke up early. I wanted to make sure I looked perfect! I took a long shower and then blew my hair dry and curled it. Then I applied my make-up and got dressed. I went downstairs to see maids running around, cleaning and a staff of cooks preparing food and then went into Aunt Kim's office. She was just finishing up throwing a bunch of papers into her desk.
"Hello dear. Dont you look cute!"
I went into the kitchen, grabbed an apple and tried to decide if I should change my outfit. Then the doorbell rang and I froze. Now or never I guess. I walked up to the front enterance just as Aunt Kim was opening the door. In came a flood of people. They all first hugged my aunt kim and then came over to me. First were my grandparents. My grandma had tears in her eyes. 
"Oh, my grand baby!" She said hugging me tight. And then my granddad came over and hugged me as well but didn't say anything. Next were my aunt and uncle and their spouses just said hi. They all said how I looked like my father and how it was nice to see me. I had 6 cousins who were here too. My aunt had 4, Eric who is a year older than me , Brian who is my age,and Taryn and Merideth who are 14. Then my uncle had Madeline who is also my age and Carter who was 12.  After I was introduced to them we went out to the back patio. My uncle and aunts husband went right to the grill while Aunt Kim, my aunt and my uncles wife went to sit at the table under the shade of the umbrella.
Eric, Madeline and Brian were standing around talking and sometimes I noticed them looking up at me, while Carter, Taryn and Merideth swam in the pool. I really wanted Collin right now and was about to go to the guest house to get him when Aunt Kim took my arm and led me over to Madeline.
"Hi Aunt Kimberly!" Madeline said with a big smile.
"Hello, so I know that it may be a little awkward because you guy have never met but could you include Jennifer in your conversation?"
"Of course!!" Madeline said a little to peppy before turning to me. 
"Hey Jennifer! I'm Madeline but you can totally call me Maddy, and this is Eric and Brian." She had a hug smile on her face as she spoke, which almost sounded like a tune less chat that cheerleaders would do. Aunt Kim smiled and walked away. I looked at my three cousins. Maddy was blonde with sea green eyes. She was short and thin as a stick. She was just one of those girls who you could tell was a cheerleader. She was wearing a bit too much make-up, a crop top that showed off her belly bottom piercing and shorts that, untill now, I thought were just a bathingsuit because they were so small.  It was almost too obvious that she had been putting on a big act when Aunt Kim had been her, it was evident when he smile faded into a disgusted look. Eric and Brian were brothers but you would never guess by just one look. Eric looked like a total jock, tall and muscular. His hair was buzzed cut and his muscle shirt showed off his  bisepts everytime he moved. Brian on the other hand was kinda short with ginger like hair. He was stick thin and according to his tee-shirt he was on the track team. 
"So like, why are you here?" Maddy asked in a snotty tone.
"My parents wanted me to get away from Maine for a little bit." I knew I was kinda lying but with this b*tch I couldn't care less.
"Oh so your from Maine?" Brian slipped in and I nodded.
"Eww, Maine's so boring. Isn't everyone there a fisherman? Besides, everyone knows Texas is the place to be, the only thing Maine is good for is getting me my lobster."
"Saying Maine is full of fisherman is like saying Texas is full of cowboys dumb @ss." I snapped at her. 
"Whatever."

By the descriptions I didn't mean anything against anyone, no stereotyping here. All of these cousins are actually based on my real life cousins sooo.. yea.. Well i'm still sorry that I havn't been able to put up more chapters more often but tomarrow is my last regents [trig :( ] and then SUMMER!! but who knows what my sched might be :) Anyways hope you enjoy and lemme know what you think! :*

"What was that noise?!?" Jon asked.
"What noise? All I heard was my door being burst opened.
Aunt Kim gave me an angry look.
"Jon would you leave us alone for a minute?" She asked and Jon was out the door in just seconds, he must have known what she was going to say. Aunt Kim sat on the foot of the bed.
"Soo... where were you last night?"
"Here" I lied.
"Oh really? Because I was working untill midnight and you weren't home then, then I came to check on you at about 8 this morning and your bed had been unslept in."
"Noo... I got home at about 12:30 and went straight to bed. Then I woke up early this morning and went for a run and then went down to the cafe to meet my friend Ariel." I lied again.
"Oh really? Because a girl who said her name was Ariel came by this morning and dropped this off," She was holding the red heart necklace that I had let Ariel try on last night and must have forgotten to get it back.
Aunt Kim continued, "I asked her when you left the club last night and she said that you left with Collin at a time that could have been no later then 11 o'clock." I froze, I could try and lie some more but I would just end up looking stupid.
"Fine... I went with Collin to the guest house and we watched a movie. I fell asleep during it and then we both woke up this morning on the couch to one of your calls." From the look on Aunt Kims face I couldn't tell if she was believing me or not. But it was true, sorta...
"Well then. Anyways... We are having company over tomarrow. But it's not just anyone, it's the family! I know how you havn't met them and I firgured, lets have a family BBQ!" She looked so exited. I put on a fake, small smile.
"What's wrong?" She asked.
"What if they don't like me? What if they think I'm too much like my dad?" I asked softly.
"I promise you that they will love you! They are dying to meet you!"
"Okay" I said with a little more confidence.
"Ohh and you can tell Collin that he is more than welcome to come. As long as he used the door and not the back way that leads to your closet." She said gesturing towards my closed closet door.
"How did you know?" I asked in awe.
"Sweetie, I'm the one who build this house. I know every twist and turn. Thats why I put you in this room. And since you never came up the stairs I'm guessing you went that back way." She giggle and left.

I wasn't awake enough to open my eyes but I felt Collin twirling my hair. I was laying with my head on his chest.
"Good Morning baby!" He whispered into my ear.
"Good Morning." I smiled up at him.
Last night was the most amazing night of my life. Im don't remember falling asleep. I kept my head on his chest, closed my eyes and listened to his hear beat. Then his stomach growled. I laughted softly, "Common lets get you something to eat."
"OK. But I think we should get dressed first." I laughted, for the first time realizing that we weren't wearing anything. Collin threw me a tee-shirt of his. Once I put it on and he threw no some shorts, we went down to the kitchen. My phone buzzed that I had left on the couch last night. I went over to it as Collin went to the fridge. I checked my phone to see six missed calls and fourteen text messages. All from the same person. Aunt Kim.
"Ohhhh sh*t!"
"What's wrong?" Collin asked, looking worried.
"My Aunt.. something tells me she needs me, like now. How am I suppose to go into the house, I'll either be in your clothes, or my outfit from yesterday and it will be obvious that i wasn't home last night."
"... unless.. you come out of your room wearing your pajamas..."
"Well that would be great but it's not going to be easy to get through the entire house with out being seen."
"Maybe you don't have to go through the entire house..."
"Collin, what are you getting at?"
"I have an idea." With that he grabbed my hand and we went out the back door and behind some trees untill we were on the side of the house.
"Now what?" I asked him.
He walked over to one of the windows in the basement and pushed it open then slide through. I went over there.
"What the...?"
"Can we ask quiestions later Jen? Common! I"ll catch you!" I sat down on the ground with my feet hanging in the window. I slid in and looked just in time to see the gardener comming around the corner. Like promised Collin caught me. He took me to the back of the basement and moved a big box out of the way, then opened a door on the ground and all I could see was a ladder. I hesitated, but then I heard a voice behind me.
"Hurry!" Collin hissed and I followed him down the ladder, closing the door behind me. It was pitch dark and I had left my phone at Collins.  When I finally got to the bottom of the ladder I felt around the dark air and couldn't feel Collin. "Collin? Collin?" I whispered frantically, I was to scared to think.
"It's okay I'm right here!" He said bringing me into a hug. "Sorry I normally bring some kind of light."
"Umm... it's okay."
"Don't worry, we are almost there." He said letting go of me but taking my hand.
We walked very slowly untill we got to what felt like another ladder. He started climbing ahead of me and I followed with no comment. He pushed a door up and it was suddenly so bright I almost fell backwards. I crawled out and we were on the roof again.
"Ohh so this is how you get up here!" I laughed. Together we went back down my way and I led him to my room. When we got to the door it wouldn't open.
"Sh*t! The suitcase!" It was still gaurding the door.
"Here, let me try something." He jumped at it and kicked it open. Believe me, empty suitcases make really, REALLY loud noises when they are kicked against another wall. I stared and Collin wide eyed and ran out the door. Outside I heard foot steps walking quickly towards my door. I shut Collin in the closet and jumped into bed.
The door burst opened and Aunt Kim came rushing in followed by Jon. I pretended to be just waking up.

It has been three weeks since the party and Collin and I have hung out none stop. We weren't offical or anything like that but to everyone around us we acted and looked just like one. We have hung out with Josh and Ariel a few times who are both really nice. Josh was on the football team and Ariel was an amazing singer and guitarrist, we were actally going to one of her gigs tonight. When I was finished getting ready I headed for the guest house and just let myself in. I heard the shower running so I went up to his room and sat on his bad. After a mintue or two I heard the water turn off. Then about five mintes later he came into the room in just jeans and an undershirt.
"Heyy beautiful! Wow you look great."
"So do you, almost makes me wish we were just staying in tonight all alone." I said wrapping my arms around his neck and kissing him. He smiled while kissing me and lifted me up so I wrapped my legs around his waist. He laid me on the bed and put one hand over his head to hold himself just inches off of me and the other on my stomach. He started to go higher when he phone rang. He sighed and pulled away looking at me with his nose touching mine.
"I could just ignore it...."
I smiled at the thought but let him answer it.
"Hello?"
....
"oh yea.. sorry bro. On our way."
He hung up and looked at me, "We are late."
I got up and threw him the shirt on his dresser and he pulled his shoes on. He grabbed my hand and we went to the car. Even though I insisted on driving, Collin always did but still jokingly complained about being seen driving a pink car. We got to the teen club that Ariel was playing at and got in just as Ariel was walking on stage. She started out with a little re-mix of some Taylor swift song, then some songs by other artists who I have never heard of and
finshed off with her own song. After that the four of us just hung out around the club. Ariel introduced me to a few girls that would be starting school with us in two weeks. They told us about a huge party that was in two weeks, a huge end of summer one down at the beach.

 When we got back to the house it was only about 11. Collin asked me if I wanted to watch a movie and I said sure. We went back to his house and he popped in some horror movie against my wishes. I was terrible at horror movies because I sceam at everything. After about a half hour I was just pressed up against Collins chest not watching at all. He was almost mindlessly playing with my hair.
"Can't we turn it off?" I asked.
He smiled playfully, "Can you give me a good reason as to why I would want to turn it off?"
I slipped onto his lap and kissed him, which quickly turned to making out. He made a line of kisses from right below my ear, down my neck and to my collarbone. I slipped my hands to the bottom of his shirt and effortlessly took it off of him, then started on his belt.
He stopped me, "Are you sure?" He asked, bearly taking his lips off of their place on my neck.
"Yes." I said simply and he picked me up and carried me upstairs to his room and laid me on the bed again. In no time at all I was down to my panties and bra and he was just in boxers. Then I realized that I was afraid. This was my first time and it just felt like he knew what he was doing. What if I did something wrong? What if I wasn't good? What if....? All thought left my mind as he kissed me again deeply and slowly.

  I stopped right before the last turn, smoothed out my outfit and took a dep breath. I casually walked out and down the stairs. Collin was waiting for me at the bottom, smiling the whole time. We went out the door and he started heading to his car.
"Wait Collin! Can we take my car? I want a chance to drive it in town!" 
He looked over at my pink car and back laughing.
"So you want me to be seen riding in a bright pink car?"
"Oh my mistake but I took you for the kind of guy who drives hot pink ferraris."
"Fineeeee" He finally agreed. I jumped in and started the car. My car! I drove us into town and parked right outside of the shopping mall. Inside there had to be hundreds of stores from sporting goods, to electronics, to clothes! Collin actually did a really good job keeping up with me. 
After a few hours I found this very cute old fashioned store. Eventhing inside was like vintage. I found an outfit and made him try it on but he wouldn't unless he could find on and make me try it on. Once he did we both went into dressing rooms and changed.
"I'm not comming out in this!" Collin called over the wall to me.
"Oh don't be such a baby! And if I have to come out in this then you are defenetly comming out in that."
"....fine on three. One. Two. Three." We both pulled open our doors and burst out laughing. He was wearing bright green suspenders that were too short for him, with a old top hat, and an orange turtle neck. Also blue platform shoes.He had given me a big pink floppy hat with a big bright yellow bow, and a huge white puffy and lacy dress with dark green clogs.  I made him take a picture in front of the big picture mirror. When we got dressed back into our clothes we went to a small cafe down the street. We actually sat there just talking and joking around for hours. Finally an employee came over to us and told us that the cafe was closing in 10 minutes. We walked outside and back to my car. All the way home we had things to talk about, his home, school and life before moving here. My sister, family, friends before this became my new home. When we got back he helped me carry my bags into the house and handed them to Jon who said he would bring everything up to my room. I asked Collin if he wanted to watch a movie but Jon answered before him.
"Jen your Aunt is in her room and would like to see you as soon as possible."
Collin ended up just going to the guest house and I went and found Kim sitting on her bed watching television.
"Hi dear." She smiled as I entered.
"Hey, Jon said you wanted to see me?"
"Oh i just wanted to know that you were home and not spending other night in the guest room." She laughed makig me blush.
"I just fell asleep and..."
"Don't need to explain sweety. I was your age once.. I just wanted to make sure you were um... being.. ya know...safe...."
Now I was really turning red.
"Oh gosh..umm Aunt Kim.. no need to worry about that we are just friends... nothing more...just friends."
"Sorry I feel like I should be the responsible one here. I know you will be safe."
"okay...well im going to go to bed... In my own room."
"okay good night. See you tomarrow." I walked out and went to my room. I didn't like Collin like that...right?

 It was one of those morning that you didn't want to open your eyes. I lay on the warm bed untill i realized that I didn't remeber going to bed last night. I opened my eyes and I was in a blue room that I have never seen before. I lifted myself onto my elbow and saw Collin laying next to me lightly snoring. I smiled and slid out of the bed. I walked over to the desk top. Things were all over, I quietly leafed through them a bit,but they really were nothing. Over on the bed side table there was a picture frame. I tip-toed over to the table and picked up the frame. Inside was a picture of Collin who looked like he was maybe 15, another boy who looked about 12 and a little girl who couldn't be older than 5 or 6. The boy could have been a clone of Collin, everything from hair and eye color to skin tone and just the way they were sitting and smiling. Their eyes mesmorized me, as did the little girls who were an exact match. I traced my finger over the little girl as I remembered Maggie. Both Maggie and the little girl had brown hair that had cute little curls that was about down to thier shoulders. Even their skin tone would be the same. The biggest difference were the eyes. The girl with bright green and Maggie had big brown ones like me. Maggie was as old now as the girl in the picture. I missed her. She was the only one in my family that was ever happy to see me and said how much she loved me everyday. With 11 years between us I have never really been able to have that sister bond but I planned on being there. I wasn't going to leave her the way my father left his sisters and brother, even if my parents didn't care. A few tears slipped down my cheek but I wasn't the one who wiped them away, it was Collin. He made me jump because I didn't know that he was awake. He smiled at me and looked down at the picture in my hands.
"Leah and Michael." He told me.
"Where are they now?" I asked.
"The stayed with my Aunt one time. I wanted to stay but I was going to live my own life. they were just to young to let tag along. They are happier there." His voiced straighted and every through it sounded like he wanted to say more, he didn't. After a few minutes of us both looking at the picture, I put it back were it was on the bed side table, stood up and took Collins hand.
"Come on, lets not waste a beautiful day! And I'm hungary!" I laughted and pulled him up, for the first time noticing that he wasn't wearing a shirt. He just looked perfect but all to soon he pulled a shirt on and took my hand and led me down the stairs to the kitchen.
I sat at the table while he made waffles and put a bowl of grapes on the table, and we chatted. 
"So how did you get me back here if I fell asleep on the roof?" I asked.
He turned and smiled at me. "It seemed to hard to get you back down from your way so I took my way."
"And what is your way?"
"I guess the world may never know."
"Aww come on! I won't tell."
"If I tell you I'll have to kill you!"
I laughted. "Pretty pretty please with a cherry on top?"
"Nope!"
I stuck my tongue out and threw a grape at him. I missed and tried again but this time he turned and caught it. He threw it back and laughted as it hit the top of my head.  threw another that went to high but he caught it in his mouth. I clapped laughing as he took a bow. We ate and decided to go out into town. I went back to my room to change. My heart fluttered as i showered got dressed and scrunched my hair. Just as I was finishing up there was a knock on the door. I opened it to Jon.
"Oh hey Jon!" I smiled.
"Mr. Collin is downstairs waiting for you."
"Thanks!" I said grabbing my purse and running towards the stairs.

    *Sorry the last chapter was suppose to be 6 not 5 so this is 7! And i'm not sure I said this but Jenn is suppose to be 16 and Collin 17 but both will be juniors when school starts!*
