As a matter of fact, Love_Me_4, there should not be a comma after "yeah." And yes, you are allowed to start a sentence with "and." Teachers tell you not to at a young age so you don't start every sentence with it. But once you're old enough to know not to use it to start every sentence, you shouldn't have a problem.
