The one that hurts the most is actually saying something you wished you hadn't because when you say it, you can't take it back, but when you don't say anything, it's better because you won't hear the response that you don't want to hear.. Sometimes it's just better to keep your thoughts to yourself to save your heart from breaking from the response.
The second because when you don't say something that you really wanted to it tears you apart from the inside because you don't know how it would have turned out if you had said it. Yu wonder if it could have made a difference
because you probaly wont get the chance to again :(

saying nothing is jus safer
