Yesterday, my friend and I went to the mall because she got engaged

Yesterday, my friend and I went
to the mall because she got engaged
on Christmas Eve and wanted to get
a wedding book. She picked out a
massive wedding, like, bible (it's
actually really cool. I wish I was
getting married just so I can get 
one.) Well, when she was checking
out, the cashier was making small
talk. He asked "ah, a wedding book?
whose wedding it it?" and my friend
replied it was for hers. After he rang
her up, there was this older guy that
started waving and shoving his card
in the cashier's face. We all assumed
he was being rude, and was trying to 
hurry up and pay for his things, even
though that cashier wasn't the one
ringing him up. Then he said "hey,
weddings are expensive. consider 
this your first wedding gift." It was
so sweet. My friend started turning
red and it lookedl ike she was going
to cry. It makes me very happy.
