Anger Quotes

I made up all of these rules just to break them. I made all of these friends just to lose them. I made all of these memories just to forget them. If it works that way, then you're not real.
Let us not look back in anger, nor forward in fear, but around inebriated.
I'm in love with my anger
my war-won body
tense and vicious.

when somebody
provokes your anger, the only reason you get angry is because you’re holding on to how you think something is supposed to be. You’re denying how it is. Then you see it’s the expectations of your own mind that are creating your own hell. When you get frustrated because something isn’t the way you thought it would be, examine the way you thought, not just the thing that frustrates you. You’ll see that a lot of your emotional suffering is created by your models of how you think the universe should be and your inability to allow it to be as it is.

By hating that person, you have lost something very sweet
   In YouRseLF.

your lies are bullets
your mouth's a gun
& no war in anger
was ever won

Anger is like flowing water; there's nothing wrong with it as long as you let it flow. Hate is like stagnant water – anger that you denied yourself the freedom to feel, the freedom to flow; water that you gathered in one place and left to forget. Stagnant water becomes dirty, stinky, disease-ridden, poisonous, deadly; that is your hate. On flowing water travels little paper boats; paper boats of forgiveness. Allow yourself to feel anger, allow your waters to flow, along with all the paper boats of forgiveness. Be human.

Hate and anger are
acidic. If you hold
them in your heart
they will eat through
its walls and spill out
onto the people you
love.

Its come to my attention that the people
of this world have become so intolerant
of things that they don't understand,
BEFORE THEY EVEN TAKE A CHANCE TO
TRY AND UNDERSTAND IT.
To say that Caitlyn Jenner is not a woman
because she once was a man is disgusting.
Yes, there are other woman who deserved the
Woman Of The Year award more
than Caitlyn Jenner.
But that doesn't give you a right to
say she's not a woman.
You do not know how a transgendered person
feels inside themselves.
Just like a person without depression
doesn't know what it feels like to be depressed,
they don't know the inside feeling
that is not expressed.
So for you to say she's not a woman and
misgendering her is a blatant
act of ignorance and refusal
to use empathy to try and
understand something bigger
than what's inside your little box.
Makes me so mad.
The same goes for the ignorance of being
scared of an entire race/religion/group of people
because a few psychotic
extrimists who happen to be a part
of said race/religion/group
decided to act erraticly
and cause harm to others.
You CANNOT BLAME AN ENTIRE GROUP
OF INNOCENT PEOPLE
FOR THE ACTIONS OF
A FEW CRAZY ONES.
IT DOES NOT WORK.
IT ONLY CREATES PROBLEMS.
LIKE PREDJUDICE.
Where have people's hearts gone??
Where is the empathy?
Why are we so quick to be
enraged by stupid B U L L S H I T
that we don't stop to think
"Hey. Is this a stupid thing
to get mad about?
Is my anger or fear logical?
Am I being an utter A S S H O L E
about something so senseless?"
