She just stood there,
in the
middle of the train
tracks. He had left her. She
believed all his lies, and yet still loved him. Her
friends
had abandoned
her. Her family didn't care. What
did
she have to live for
anymore? She was so ugly and fat.
Everyone made fun of her. She would never be happy.
She had left a note
on the fridge saying: I'm sorry I
was such a
trouble. I'm
sorry I was never good
enough. Her
diary was sitting on her bed, wide open
for the world to see all the
pain she had
gone
through. And now, here she was.
Death was so near,
she could taste it. She shut her eyes tight,
and felt a
tear roll down her
cheek. The train was
30 seconds
away from running her over. This
was it. She'd be gone
forever, and no one would
care. She heard the train's
whistle. She quietly whispered to
herself, I love
you.
Suddenly, she felt someone
grab her
wrist and pull
her toward the
sidewalk. She opened her eyes in awe
and saw that it was her best
friend. She
couldn't
believe this.
"What the hell were you
thinking? Do
you know what would have
happened to me if you
were gone? I can't believe
you." She looked at
her
feet, speechless. He pulled her closer and
held her
tight. "I
can't live without you,"
he whispered. ♥
