Through My Eyes 2.04 I walked into class, looking at pretty much everyone already seated, waiting for class to begin. Nobody knew about me and Kevin yet. And I wanted it to stay that way, at least for a little while. I felt like a jerk doing what I did to David, he was so innocent, so unaware. I took my seat, looking at Kevin. "Hey," he said still writing on his paper, then turning to look at me. "Where have you been all my life?" he asked. "Right in front of you," I said, leaning in, then realizing we were in class. "Uh, yeah, bad idea," I said aloud. "Not really," he laughed. "You know what I meant," as I poked him in the stomach, I always thought he was the kind of person who would be extremely ticklish. But nope. "What are you trying to do to me?" He smiled. "Tickle you. What else?" He started tickling me, and even though we were in class I had to let out a big laugh. The teacher looked up, "Gardener. Johnson. Be quiet." As soon as it began, the class was over. I hated how slow the day went by from here on to lunch, but it came; finally. "What did you end up saying to David?" Kate said quietly, while we were waiting in line. "Well.. I kind of didn't," I said, ashamed. "What do you mean?" "He was walking towards me, like he was expecting me to jump into his arms but instead I just walked away." "Ronnie, I get that it's hard but you have to tell him." "But what if he get's upset? I've become really close with him," "He won't, he's super stare David Blake." And that was that. I wasn't exactly planning on following her advice though, I'm too much of a wimp. I had to figure something out, a way to spare both of their feelings.
