Every time I look at instagram and Facebook all I see is him

Every time I look at instagram and Facebook all I see is him and her.. I feel like sick to my stomach I still can't get him out of my head and every time I say something bout someone I think is cute.. someone says something to ruin it and when I'm trying to get him out of my head I always think of him.. No matter wat I do I can't forget him.. And it's worst when I see everyone saying how cute they are together and I'm just there wishing tht could be me and ik its selfish but don't I desire to be happy I mean everything ive done this year was so he could be happy and.
