Chapter 1

"Come on, take one. You have to take one to hang out with us." My so-called best friend said trying to get me to smoke something, who knows what at this point.

"No. If you want to throw away your life you can do that. But, I will not ruin my life like that!"

"But it doesn't ruin you life at all, it makes you feel so good."

"Whatever Sarah, I'm not smoking anything."

"Then you can't be my friend anymore."

"True friends don't tell their friends they have to do something or they're not friends anymore." I left the room after that and walked home.

"Hey there honey, what would you like for dinner-I thought Sarah was coming over?" My mother greeted me as I walked into my house.

"Yea, Mom, she was. But, we're no longer friends."

My mom gave me a questioning look. "That'll blow over, I know you two." My dad said. Yes, we've been in fights before and we've made up. But, those were nothing as serious as this.

I walked up the stairs to my room, but before walking into my room I screamed down to my parents.

"I don't think this time we're going to make up. I think it's really over."

And with that I walked into my room and slammed the door.

Time to delete her from my life.
I'm going to show her that I don't need her to be 'cool.'
