Hey guys! I’ve been diagnosed with severe hyperthyroidism a month ago & Graves disease 2 weeks ago and was wondering if anybody is suffering from it as well and has any advice! The only exercise I do is marching band, which is pretty intense from where I’m from. Looking back, I have probably been having hyperthyroidism since March. I play French Horn & Mellophone and whenever I play mello I would shake really bad according to my section/director back in August. I am a senior in high school & turned 17 recently, so this isn’t normal for my age. I am on 2 meds (one is a beta-blocker) so I’m taking it easy right now and not marching or playing much. I’m also under a lot of stress from missing so much school and being in all AP classes. So if y’all have any advice for anything related to this, let me know! Thanks (:
I got my schduale today.
I'm supposed to be in AP Biology, but I got put in Pre-AP
Biology. That's the only class that's wrong.
I did get the Spanish 2 teacher I wanted. I had her last year (:
But I'm gonna be a junior stuck with freshman in 4th period
the 1st day of school if it doesn't get changed 1st period.
Hopefully I can still be in AP Bio, but if not I'm gonna take
AP Chemistry. Lord help me if that happens, cause I'm talking
all GT/AP classes & Honors band. Spanish is my ONLY regular
class.
So yeah.
