Let's Get Something Strait.

Yes, this is my account where I will tracking my weight loss, but before everyone goes ape sh//t on me listen. I am doing this solely for myself, nobody else. I decided I was going to do this for myself - because truth is I'm lazy and while I may not be obese, I am not healthy. If I keep the habits I have now, it will lead me to live a very unhealthy lifestyle. I don't want that. I am doing this to help me, my body, and my future. Please understand where I am coming from.

I decided to make this account because if I post my daily efforts I feel like while I may not see the resutls right away, I am recording them. Someone may see my posts, and if I'm feeling discouraged I know there may be someone looking at my posts, my progress.

And also, before anyway questions, I am doing this the healthy way. I am against starving myself, I'm not going to end up skin and bones. I am going to look healthy for a change. Instead of fat on my legs, arms, and stomach, there will be muscle. I will end the countless weeks with a new self confidance.

Also, that format ^

I'm just letting you know, everything you're doing is worth it. Trust me, if you continue this, you will reach your goal.

I'm 13 years old and I've been working out for about a month and a half and I went from 132lbs (that's more than what my mom weighs) to 117lbs.

Trust me, keep going! If you need anyone to talk to about fitness and anything else I'm here (:

Moderation is key! Once you start banning your favorite foods, you'll just want them more. You can have that cookie, but don't binge them. Have half a cookie and some fruit. Weight loss starts in the kitchen. Everyone thinks they have to cut out all sweets and unhealthy food. This is true, but if you want a cookie every now and again, it won't kill you. Just make sure it's in moderation.

I know, I'm just trying to get into habit of trying not to eat them all the time. No, I'm not going to cut them out completely, but I need to cut down and replace some of them with healthier choices. =)

Yes, that's what I did. I stayed away from sweets for about 2 weeks and the cravings went away! Once in a while I'll crave something sweet, but if you cut it out of your diet eventually you won't want it as much. Good luck to you!
