Go with him, if you like him. Do what you want, but don't listen to others. If you like him and want to go with him, go with him. Others opinions shouldn't be your decision. Don't listen to what people say.

you've probably heard this before...but i'm gunna mention it again...it shouldn't matter what other people think. i know it is hard to not let pplz comments get to you...i know from experience. but i think you should just maybe wait until you want to do something big like ask the kid out. i mean you don't want to get yourself into something that's going to be harder getting out of...i've done that too. just be friends with the kid, maybe find out if he likes someone(you)? hope i helped!(:
