Purging really won't do you any good in the long run. Maybe you'll feel good about yourself, but you probably will continue to do it because you feel like you've gained a few pounds or have eaten too much, right? And if you keep purging and purging and purging, you won't be able to stop. If you want to look good, you need to eat food and actually digest it. Everyone needs to eats food (underweight and overweight people) to survive, and not digesting it fully is depriving your body of the nutrients it needs to make you look good and stay healthy. Instead of purging or starving yourself or exercising too much, remember to eat healthily every two hours. Stay strong and fight the urge, and you have to stop hurting yourself at some point, or else you will have to get very, very sick and have to be hospitalized, and quite frankly, hospitals suck.
